Yayasan Kelantan Darul Naim (YAKIN) is the state foundation of Kelantan responsible for education loans and scholarship programmes for students from Kelantan. YAKIN offers both outright scholarships and interest-free education loans for Kelantan-domiciled students pursuing tertiary education at local and international institutions.
