A Malaysian internship resume has six essential sections: contact info, a one-line objective or summary, education (course, university, CGPA, expected graduation), relevant skills, co-curriculum or leadership roles, and any project work from your coursework. Keep it to one A4 page. Use a clean font, 11pt minimum, adequate white space. If your CGPA is 3.0 and above, show it. If it is below 3.0, leave it out and lead with your projects instead. Most large Malaysian companies use an ATS system, so avoid tables, text boxes, and images inside the body of the resume. MyScholar lists active internships where you can put this resume to use.
